Where we ship
FILIA Handmade ships to countries across Europe. We're based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and every order leaves our hands with care before it makes its way to yours.
If your country isn't available at checkout and you'd like to place an order, reach out to us at filiahandmadecrafts@gmail.com or via Instagram @filia_handmade.collection — we'll do our best to help.
Processing time
Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.
Delivery times

These are estimates based on carrier guidelines and do not include processing time. Delays caused by customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost will be estimated and displayed at check-out.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
